 The Minnesota Senior Games will
take place in Alexandria, MN, July 21-25, 2008. The games will have several venues, as
well as a lot of social activities each evening. Registration booklets will be mailed out
in May of 2008 to all past participants of the Senior Games. Athletes may also request a registration form be mailed to them by calling
(320) 762-2868. The 2008 Minnesota Senior Games will be a
qualifying year for the 2009
National Senior Games.
The National Senior Games will take place in San Francisco. It is
expected that over 400 athletes will compete in the 2008 Minnesota Senior Games, not only to
earn a State medal, but also to qualify and compete for a National Senior Games Medal.
